God is GOOD...All The Time

I'M PREGNANT!!!

On Friday, October 1, Jon and I found out we are going to have another baby!!! As you can imagine, we were flooded with emotions. We were shocked, excited, scared, sad and overjoyed all at the same time. Seeing 2 lines after our first try was a blessing and we are trusting that God has prepared my body, He has readied our hearts and His plans for this baby are perfect. After hugging and crying and praying, we read Psalm 100 together aloud, just as we did when we found out we were pregnant with Smith.

Psalm 100

Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth.
Serve the Lord with gladness;
Come before Him with joyful singing.
Know that the Lord Himself is God;
It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves;
We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.

Enter his gates with thanksgiving
And His courts with praise.
Give thanks to Him, bless His name.
For the Lord is good;
His lovingkindness is everlasting
And His faithfulness to all generations.

Today I am 9 weeks and 1 day. Our new little one is due June 8, 2011.

Due to my history, I have already had 3 sonograms, which has been fun. I will see a specialist at the end of November who will most likely perform my Cervical Cerclage sometime at the beginning of December. This procedure will hopefully allow me to carry this baby full term. That's the BIG prayer!!!!! (More on all that medical stuff later.)

Here are some amazing pictures of Baby B:

6 weeks 2 days

6 weeks 5 days

8 weeks 5 days

I will share more of this amazing, roller coaster journey we are embarking on soon, but for now, I just wanted to introduce you to our new miracle.
